I didn’t set out to be a menopause and thyroid coach.
I set out to figure out why my body suddenly felt like it was falling apart.
I was doing everything right—eating well, exercising, taking my hormones—and still, I was exhausted, inflamed, foggy, gaining weight, and living in a body that no longer felt like mine. One doctor would tell me it was just aging. Another would send me home with a prescription. I ended up with eight different diagnoses, a long list of medications, and still no real relief.
That’s when I decided to stop outsourcing my health.
I started learning everything I could about hormones, thyroid health, metabolism, and the connection between them all. What I discovered changed everything.
The truth is, most women aren’t broken—they just haven’t had the right support. We’ve been taught to accept fatigue, weight gain, low libido, anxiety, or feeling “off” as part of midlife. But those symptoms are messengers. And when you know how to listen, you can finally start to turn things around.
Today, I help women do just that.
I’m a triple-certified coach in life, holistic health, and menopause—with advanced training in hormone health, thyroid function, weight loss resistance, and the hormonal hierarchy. I bring together science, strategy, and soul to help women understand what’s really going on in their bodies—and what to do about it.
But more than anything, I’m someone who’s been there.
