I didn’t set out to be a menopause and thyroid coach.
I set out to figure out why my body suddenly felt like it was falling apart.
I was doing everything right: eating well, exercising, taking my hormones. Yet I was exhausted, inflamed, foggy, gaining weight, and living in a body that no longer felt like mine. One doctor told me it was just aging. Another sent me home with a prescription. I ended up with eight different diagnoses, a long list of medications, and still no real relief.
That’s when I decided to stop outsourcing my health.
I started learning everything I could about hormones, thyroid health, metabolism, and the connection between them. What I discovered changed everything.
The truth is, most women aren’t broken. They simply haven’t had the right support. We’ve been taught to accept fatigue, weight gain, low libido, anxiety, poor sleep, and feeling “off” as part of midlife. But symptoms are messengers. When you understand what they may be telling you, you can finally start moving forward.
