Too many women enter perimenopause and menopause feeling like they’ve lost themselves. They don’t recognize their bodies. They don’t recognize their minds. They’re told it’s “just menopause” or “just getting older” and left wondering if this is simply how life will be from now on.
I believe women deserve better.
My own health journey showed me just how difficult it can be to find answers when no one is connecting the dots. That experience changed the course of my life. I became determined to understand why so many women were struggling, why they were being dismissed, and what they could do to take back control of their health.
With a background in psychology and education, I’ve spent more than three decades teaching, coaching, and helping people make sense of complex information.
Today, as a Triple-Certified Menopause & Thyroid Coach, I’ve had the privilege of helping more than 25,000 women connect the dots between their symptoms, hormones, labs, thyroid health, metabolism, nutrition, and lifestyle, so they can make informed decisions and become confident advocates for their own health.
But my mission goes far beyond helping women reduce symptoms.
Menopause can dim a woman’s light. My mission is to help women build vibrant health so they can shine brightly again—for themselves, their families, and the decades ahead.

What I appreciate most about this club is the incredible knowledge, wisdom, and compassion from Cheri and the group. I have been in alternative and functional medicine for most of my life. A couple years ago, a poorly educated practitioner gave me some bad lab ranges and advice that led to a lot of unnecessary stress.
